Terms are intended to define practical operator expectations for using Veristio Intelligence Technologies surfaces: transparency, defensibility, and responsible boundaries for outputs and workflows.
This page is the operator-facing entry point for service terms and is used before taking any decision that moves from exploration to execution.

Verified Intelligence Briefing subscription terms are in pre-launch review
The contracting entity is Veristio Intelligence Technologies, LLC. Approved plans are USD $24.95 monthly and USD $249 annually. Both are recurring subscriptions. Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew until canceled, with renewal cadence and price disclosed before purchase.
Cancellation must be reasonably easy, prevents the next renewal, and preserves access through the current paid-through date unless a refund or reversal lawfully terminates that paid period. Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after billing, except for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, rights required by law, approved prolonged-service-interruption remedies, or discretionary owner-authorized remedies.
For a Veristio-caused material service interruption, extend paid access by the materially affected period where practical; if the material interruption lasts 30 consecutive days or longer, allow a prorated refund of the unused prepaid subscription period. These remedies do not promise consequential damages, lost-profit reimbursement, investment-loss reimbursement, or guaranteed business outcomes.
Subscriber accounts are limited to people who are at least 18 years old and are intended for the United States only in V1. The support route for subscriber support, billing questions, cancellation assistance, refund or billing-error reports, and account/access problems is support@veristio.com.
Stripe is the intended payment processor for card and billing-provider handling. Shared Identity/Auth0 is the corrected identity-provider direction for account registration, sign-in, recovery, and privileged-role controls before launch. No subscription can currently be purchased through this site. Final production-facing terms remain subject to Veristio Legal and Privacy acceptance before checkout opens.

Veristio services are provided for operational use under documented policy and usage expectations outlined across the legal corridor.
